How a repair visit works

  1. Call or send a request. Tell us the appliance, the brand, the model number and what it’s doing.
  2. Diagnosis at your home. The technician finds the cause and gives you the price before any work starts.
  3. Repair. Common parts are fitted on the first visit where possible; anything special is ordered and fitted on a return trip.
  4. Test run. The appliance runs a full cycle with you before the job is closed.

Repair or replace?

A common rule of thumb: if the appliance is past half of its expected life and the repair would cost more than half the price of a new one, replacing usually makes more sense. Below that line, repair is almost always the better value.
